Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely packed.
  
We can ship products most anywhere in the United States and Canada. Please contact us with any International Shipping questions you have.

Every effort will be made to use the shipping method of your choice. Small packages may ship via USPS Priority Mail.
 
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon 
the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. 

Occasionally, an item may be out of stock due to circumstances beyond our control. In any event, you will be notified of any delay and we will do our best to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. 

Shipping charges are based on weight, dimensions, destination zip code and type of service you specify (ie. ground, next day, second day).
 
Items that include 'Free Shipping' applies to contiguous U.S. addresses only. They are not calculated into your package weight, and are shipped via ground service; if you choose Next Day or Second Day air service for these items, shipping charges will apply.

A nominal handling charge of $2.50 applies to all orders, including orders with items that have free shipping.

Minimum order for product is $25.00. 

Orders 
received after 2pm EDT/EST (Mon-Thurs) and after 1pm EDT/EST (Fri)
  
with Next Day Air / 2nd Day Air requested, will be processed the following business day.
Inventory levels can fluctuate throughout the day. Please call customer service to check product availability for time sensitive orders.

Next Day Air delivers the next business day.  Optional Saturday delivery is available, for a surcharge.  Please call the office for this option.

2nd Day Air delivers  on the 2nd business day.  Optional Saturday delivery is available, for a surcharge.  Please call the office for this option.

All orders shipped to a New Jersey address will be charged sales tax, unless you notify us of tax exempt status before placing an order. Tax refunds cannot be processed after an order transaction has been completed. Once we have a signed copy of your NJ Form ST-3 Resale Certificate, we will update your account to tax exempt status.

At this time, we can not ship orders freight collect through the site.

Shipping estimates may not always be available for all countries. In such a case, to see shipping costs once you've placed items into the cart follow the steps below:
  1. Proceed to checkout
  2. Enter customer shipping & billing information
  3. A shipping cost will appear
  4. Enter payment information to complete your order
    • IMPORTANT: Enter the billing address as it appears on the credit card statement

    1. Your complete shipping address (w/ postal code)
